Who is "Are We There"?

We are the original kid's entertainment pack business in Australia. Our business is sending fun stuff to kids for traveling, restaurant visits and as weekend boredom busters. We also offer vouchers for all ages and occasions. "Are We There" also offers fundraising solutions for all your fundraising needs!

What's in an "Are We There" kid's pack?

That depends on you!! There are many items to choose from, depending on your child's age, likes and whether they are a boy or a girl. You can choose how ever many items you like. The items are chosen to be small, portable and light - perfect for the environmentally friendly calico bag!

Can I choose what goes into my Kid's Entertainment Pack?

Yes, you make your own pack. Choose from the variety of individual items we offer online, all orders over $40 get a free Are We There Calico Bag. Browse our "age appropriate" products at your leisure.

Is there food in your Kid's Entertainment Packs?

No, There is absolutely no food in our Kid's Entertainment packs. We only ship fun items to enjoy while traveling, at a restaurant or on a rainy day!

Can I place an order now for delivery at a later date?

Yes, just tell us when you want a package delivered and we'll send it out on the appropriate date.

How much goes into a pack?

That's up to you! You have total control over how much you are spending.

No worries! Buy her a voucher, and let her choose her own gift!

What if I want something different?

Contact us, via our contact page, and try us! We have access to all sorts of toys.

.."I've lost my voucher!"..

That's ok, contact us and after providing a few details, and confirmation that it is still valid, another voucher can be issued.

Are my personal details kept private?

Any information supplied to "Are We There" remains only for "Are We There" use, and will never be disclosed to a 3rd party.

What is your return policy?

7 day return on faulty goods. We offer the highest standard of service and endeavour to ensure that all products are free of defect. Should something be defective, please contact "Are We There" to arrange an exchange. If you change your mind, you may return the item in original packaging and condition, at buyer's expense.  A refund will be arranged.  Please email for any returns.

Shipping

How long does it take for a package to arrive?

It depends on where the shipping destination is located. Once we receive payment for an order, we can usually fulfill and ship it out within one business day. However, it does take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days for a package to travel (within Australia). For overseas deliveries, please contact us. Please see our shipping information page for details.

What are your shipping rates?

Once your order has been received, you will receive confirmation of the total cost including postage. A guide is outlined below:
